How to Build - A Poker

Step 1: Materials		Materials needed: wire hanger, pliers, and a wrench or vice.
Step 2: Cut it		Cut the hanger to size (this will depend on the length of the chamber to be poked.)
Step 3: Bend it		Bend a "hook" into the hanger to keep the poker from falling into the bong.
Step 4: Fit it		Make sure the poker is the right size.  If it's too long, cut it.  If it's too short, try again.
Step 5: Imagine it		Don't be afraid to get creative.  If you can imagine it, you can make it.

How to Build - A Water Pipe

Step 1: Materials		Materials needed: two-liter plastic bottle or water bottle (as shown), scissors, electrical tape, foil, and a pen.
Step 2: Poke it		Using the scissors, poke a pen-sized hole into the front of the bottle.
Step 3: Push it		The shaft of the pen will be used as the stem for your water pipe.  Take apart the pen and push the shaft diagonally (down) into the hole.
Step 4: Tape it		Tape around the "stem" in order to create an airtight seal.
Step 5: Carb it		Cut an eraser-sized hole in the bottle in the place where your thumb will rest while you smoke.  This hole will be used as the carb.
Step 6: Hit it		Lastly, you'll want to make a foil screen (not shown) that will help stop the Bud from being sucked into the pipe and keep the pen from melting.  Now you're ready to hit it.

How to Build - A Gravity Bong

Step 1: Materials		Materials needed: two-liter plastic bottle or water bottle (as shown), scissors, and a blow from a metal pipe.
Step 2: Cut it		Using the scissors, cut off the bottom of the bottle.
Step 3: Poke it		Poke a hole in the top of the lid or cap so that the bowl can be screwed in.  Make sure that the bowl fits tightly.
Step 4: Thread it		Thread the bowl into the cap and place the cap back onto the bottle.
Step 5: Fill it		Put the bottle into a bucket of water (or a tub, pool, etc.). Hold the lighter to the bowl and pull up on the bottle to draw the smoke in.
Step 6: Suck it		Remove the cap and place your lips over the opening.  Push the bottle into the water while inhaling.
